By using our website and our services, you agree to be bound by Derbyshire Quads Terms & Conditions, as stated below.

Contract for On Site Work or Services

On site service work can be quoted based on flat rate times from Polaris. Actual time taken to do the work can vary from the initial quote due to the condition of the machine and working environment and the final invoiced work will be charged based on the actual time taken to do the work on site.

On site service costs are: £30 + VAT call out fee. Travel costs are £1.50 + VAT per mile from DE6 3BN Derbyshire Quads to location, £50 + VAT per hour labour, & parts are RRP + VAT.

Collection and Delivery Service

We can also collect your vehicle for service and repair work. The price is £1.50 + VAT per mile to the collection location from DE6 3BN and £1.50 + VAT per mile from the collection location back to DE6 3BN.

Service and Repair work

For service and repair work labour rate is £50 + VAT per hour. Digital Wrench hook up is £25 + VAT. Re-Flash work is £25 + VAT per module. Work estimates are based on flat rate times, however the final costs for the work will be based on the actual time taken to carry out the work and any extra parts needed to complete the job. This can be different to the estimate.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the Derbyshire Quads site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Derbyshire Quads unless, and until, an email is sent by Derbyshire Quads to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Derbyshire Quads of your offer to buy goods or services from Derbyshire Quads and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Derbyshire Quads are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The goods remain the property of Derbyshire Quads until payment is received in full.

Limitation of Liability

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Processing of orders

Credit /debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Derbyshire Quads, unless a prior agreement has been made between the customer and Derbyshire Quads.

Returns

Please double check that you have ordered the correct item initially.

We will happily accept items back for an exchange or refund if they are not suitable, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and the postage of the new item going back out if applicable . An alternative item will only be sent out or refund issued when the original item is back with us, therefore it is strongly advised that proof of postage is acquired for any items sent back.

Restocking Charge

Items ordered incorrectly are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This is what our supplier charges us and so we have to pass this on. This will either be credited back on to your account or refunded back on to a card.

Items must come back in the same condition they were sent out with all labels/tags and packaging where appropriate.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before being sent out, but on the very rare occasion an item is deemed to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be offered when Derbyshire Quads are in receipt of the item. Refunds can only be issued when we have the original item back with us, therefore it is strongly advised that proof of postage is acquired for any items sent back.

For any items sent back, Derbyshire Quads will advise the most economic service to send the item back to us, if the customer chooses to send the item back by a different method/service, Derbyshire Quads will only be responsible for the advised cost of sending the package back.

Changes in Terms

Derbyshire Quads reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Derbyshire Quads web site.
