Suzuki KingQuad 500 Complete Service Kit
A comprehensive service kit put together specifically for the Suzuki KingQuad 500, using Genuine Suzuki filtration parts, NGK spark plugs and premium-quality oils.
Rather than supplying a basic oil-and-filter kit, this package contains the fluids required to service the engine, front differential and rear final drive, making it ideal for a thorough annual service or preventative maintenance.

2009-2014 KingQuad 500
Uses the earlier single-spark engine.
Spark plug supplied:

Front differential: 460 ml
Rear final drive: 770 ml
2015-Onwards KingQuad 500 Twin Spark
Later KingQuad 500 models use the twin-spark cylinder head.
Spark plugs supplied:
2 x NGK LMAR6A-9
Typical service fluid capacities:
Engine oil with filter: 2.7 litres
Front differential: approximately 500 ml
Rear final drive: 770 ml
Why these oils?
Morris Race ATV 10W-40
A high-quality British-made ATV-specific four-stroke engine oil. It meets API SL and JASO MA2 specifications and is suitable for ATV engines and wet-clutch applications.
You receive a full 4-litre container, giving more than enough for the approximately 2.7-litre oil-and-filter service fill.
Motul Gearbox SAE 80W-90
Premium mineral transmission and differential lubricant suitable for the KingQuad front differential application.
Suzuki specifies an API GL-5 hypoid gear oil, with approximately 460-500 ml required depending on model year.
A full 1-litre bottle is supplied.
Westway Oils UTTO 10W-30
Used in the KingQuad’s rear final drive / oil-immersed brake system.
Suzuki specifies Mobilfluid 424 or equivalent for this application. Westway specifically lists its UTTO as suitable for use where Mobilfluid 424 is specified and formulates it for wet-brake systems, final drives and transmissions.
A full 1-litre bottle is supplied, with approximately 770 ml required for a service.
Genuine Suzuki filtration
Both the oil filter and air filter are Genuine Suzuki parts, rather than low-cost pattern components.
For a hard-working farm, estate, gamekeeping or utility ATV, filtration is one area where we don’t think it makes sense to shave pennies off the service.
